Beijing, the capital of China, is one of the most advanced and modern cities. Meanwhile, it holds its custom and national culture up to now even though many courtyards and Hutongs(lanes) are disappearing. In one word, Beijing is a extremely huge city. At the other hand, we may pay for it.

A short distance in Beijing map would be incredible kilometer. I spent more than one hour on reaching BUPT from Beijing West Station by bus. Beside this, I had to bear the massive crowd in bus. I had to change my situation frequently in that my backbag was too big what blocked people got on and off.

I started at Mudanyuan of line 10, and then changed to line 1 at Guomao Station and get off at Tiananmen, nearly twenty stations in total. The whole trip cost only 2 yuan.
