Lu Jihong graduated from Xi'an Conservatory of Music in 1982, majoring in vocality, and being taught by professor Tao Liling. After graduation, he taught in Lanzhou Normal Special Training School. In 1985, he was transferred to Gansu Sing and Dance Troupe. In 1989, he entered Naval General Sing and Dance Troupe as a soloist, being taught by professor Jin Tielin.
Lu jihong got the first prize in Gansu Vocal Competition for three times, and got the silver prize in the National Singers Competition. In 1992, he participated the National Youth Singer competition held by CCTV and got the second prize. At the same year, he got the first prize in the China National Vocal Competition held by Ministry of Culture of People's Republic of China. Despite of those prizes, Lu Jihong recorded many songs for TV series, like "Three Kingdoms" etc. His singing is passionate, and touching. He can handle with different styles of folk songs. Beside, his stage image is free and elegant. He participated many grand theatrical evening parties held by CCTV and other TV Stations. Lu Jihong visited lots of countries on behalf of China, such as, Germany, Russia, Thailand, and United States. He is welcomed by the audiences. Total:1 Page: 1
