Invited by National Taiwan Normal University, National central university, Taipei Municipal University of Education and National Kaohsiung Normal University, President Yang Zongkai attended the Conference of Vision and Cooperation among Normal Universities from 4 Cities of Taiwan and Mainland from Feb. 27th to Mar. 3rd. During the conference, President Yang discussed cooperation and signed agreements with some of the universities to promote the exchange and cooperation with Taiwan.

Focusing on the two issues of "challenge and prospect" and "cooperation model", delegates discussed how to meet challenges, share each other's high-quality education resources, and seek for mutual development in globalization background. President Yang pointed out that we should follow an international and informantionized road, carry out innovations on educational principle, pattern and method, and promote diversified development to adapt ourselves to the need of development in this time. He also hoped that these universities could work together in science and technology more actively. After the conference, delegates of central china normal university also visited Office of Public Relations, College of Liberal Arts, College of Education, Psychological and Education Testing Center, etc.
