Tsinghua International Students 2012 New Year Gala held on 16th December 2011 in the great hall of Tsinghua University. International Students gathered all to celebrate the 2012 Christmas and New Year's Eve by singing, dancing, drama and opera. All of the performance received applause and cheering from the audience, especially the dancing show named "Rocking Youth" played by students from US, Russian, Canada, Switzerland and France; the instruments show named "Percussion" played by Korean students; as well as the national singing with dancing performance played by Malaysia students.

Professor Yuan Si, vice-president of Tsinghua University attended the gala and delivered a greeting message to the International Students. Teachers and staffs from the Foreign Student Affairs Office (FSAO) presented a performance known as "Moonlight over Lotus Pool" to express their best wishes to the International students.
