On June 13, 2012, it is a bright day in Poland, when kite playing was going on at a primary school Szkoła Podstawowa nr 11 im. Dezyderego Chłapowskiego held by Confucius Institute at Adam Mickiewicz University, various colorful kites flying in the blue sky, dancing with the soft wind. Participants were students and teachers from the school and other schools nearby as well as some parents.

Mrs. Wisława Szkudlarczyk - Brkic and Miss Lin Yihui, teachers from Confucius Institute at Adam Mickiewicz University first talked about kite to the students about kites and the way of playing kites and following it the kids chose the kites they prepared and began play kites. They enjoyed much the kite playing with their dreaming, the playground full of their laughs. Teachers from Confucius Institute and the parents flew kites together with kids. They all felt happy and gay.

Mr. Marek Kmieciak was present at the event, and expressed his gratefulness to Confucius Institute at Adam Mickiewicz University.

Confucius Institute at Adam Mickiewicz University will hold such cultural activities each year invited by the primary school. Confucius Institute at Adam Mickiewicz University will promote the cultural activities at local primary schools aiming at helping primary school students understand more about China and Chinese culture.
