On June 21, the ASEAN-China Centre held a lecture on "Study in ASEAN". Mr. E Xuewen, Executive President of the Beijing Overseas-Study Service Association, Ms. Shen Xiuyun, Senior Advisor from Dongfang International Centre for Educational Exchange under the China Scholarship Council, as well as Education officers from ASEAN embassies met at the ACC. Mr. E gave a general introduction of the overseas-study service in Beijing followed with lively discussion with the audience. Ms. Shen talked about the International Graduate Scholarship Fair to be held in October and invited universities from ASEAN countries to participate.

One of the ACC's core aims is to help forge closer links between ASEAN and China. This lecture is one of endeavors of the ACC to push forward the Double 100,000 Student Mobility Programme endorsed at the 12th ASEAN-China Summit.
