On March 22, 2013, Mr. Rao Xingsheng, the chancellor and also one of the board members from Pelita Schools in Indonesia, visited our LCVC. During the visit, Mr. Rao had a meeting with all the international students from Pelita Schools and made an inspiring speech to them, in which he urged the students to work hard to master Chinese language whilst try to learn Chinese culture as well, consequently, become a successful person on their return to pay back their parents and society.

The partnership between LCVC and Pelita Schools has a long tradition and bright prospect. Mr. Rao, being received by the head of our foreign affairs office and the directors from the Culture and Tourism Department, also had an in-depth communication and exchanges with them in connection with more potential joint programmes.
