The yearly Drama Night is to be held on May 18, at 18:30 in Thousand-People Auditorium on eastern campus of BFSU.

Drama Night is a major event in student life in BFSU. Every year, dozens of teams from both BFSU and other colleges and universities in Beijing compete in the preliminary contest for the right to enter the final. Five teams will fight for the top prize of the English-language contest.

The team rendering the best performance will get a "Best Drama" prize. Prizes of  "Best Performance" ," Best Language Quality" and "Best Stage Effect" will also be awarded.

The dramas are written, directed and performed all by students themselves, and therefore reflecting their creativity  and performance skills. The perfomances are graded by a panel consisting of teachers, both Chinese and international, from BFSU and other colleges and universities, as well as experts in performance.

A team from IBS has entered the final and will perform on May 18.
