Using the latest in Internet technology,SpeakMandarin offers live, one‐on‐one Mandarin Chinese training online with a personal coach. The idea for SpeakMandarin.com materialized through collaboration between students from UC San Diego’s elite International Relations and Pacific Studies graduate program and students from some of the most prestigious universities such as Beijing University and Beijing Normal University in China. What these founders realized was that effective language learning was best accomplished when the learner and coach engage in 1‐on‐1 interactive, personalized sessions.
The SpeakMandarin.com program brings the learner into a dynamic environment that fully engages the auditory and visual senses. Utilizing real‐time audio and video in a virtual classroom, the learner will collaboratively speak, read, write, type, and draw on a whiteboard instantly with the guidance of a certified language coach. It combines the benefits of a physical classroom with the convenience of online learning.

We will track your progress using our Individual Learning Process Management (ILPM) system.
